Hi John, after having the battery on my car disconnected while I was away traveling  the sunroof does not operate properly it only opens an inch at a time, nor does the boot lid soft close, also the cd changer has the magazine stuck in place and will not eject or play. any suggestions?

The sunroof has a reset sequence.  I believe it's push and hold the switch for 15 seconds, but I don't recall in which direction.

The boot lid soft close and the cd changer I'm not familiar with.  There is an in-line fuse near the base of the amplfier/cd deck in back (remove panel).  Might be that.
