Question
How do I deactivate the airbags?  And if disconnecting the battery is involved, do I need any codes afterwards?

Answer
Deactivate for repair I hope is what you are asking.When working on an air bag system you do need to disconnect the battery if you plan on working on or around the sensors or modules.You will need the radio code for it to work, as it probably is an antitheft radio.Now if your question is wether it can be disarmed for driving on the road that is illegal,at least in my state I live in Maine.
