Question
I seem to have a problem with my electrical system but I'm not sure if the problems are related.  I've had my car for 9 months and I have had to replace both my front head lights at least once and turn lights multiple times (it looks like the metal on back of light is melted).  Also the fuse on the seat heaters keep blowing (replaced three times).  Also radar detector which is wired though the fuse box stopped working 2 months after purchase.

Answer
Whether or not these three are related, there appears to be a problem with your electrical system.  Possibly a voltage regulator.

This type of electrical issue can be extremely difficult to track down without knowing the ins and outs of the system very well.  This is one worth taking to your dealer for diagnosing.
