Question
When bleeding the power steering pump on my 2000 bmw 323ci do you have to keep both wheels of the ground? Also where can I get a diagram and picture of the belt routing. Would like to have it for my records. Have a 2.5L engine. Thanks.

Answer
Bleeding the power steering is done with the wheels on the ground.Add fluid ,then turn the wheel from lock to lock. Then recheck fluid to make sure it is at the proper level. There are many different ways of getting the belt routing. There are Motors manuals that have all belt routing for all cars.If you purchased a Bentley Repair manual it to would have it for you.
