Question
bmw 735i is not get fuel to engine unless wire it to the battery. have change fuel pump, switched relays to see if
that was the problem. Check to see if the spark plugs were
getting fire, but not getting fire. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to get it to turn over.
Well it sounds like if you power the fuel pump,it does run the pump.What you need to do is put a fuel pressure gauge on and check it.No fire (no spark?)and are you saying that it turns over when you turn the key but does not run?No spark,check the reference sensor.Check the grounds,the body ground(braided line from battery)and its connection.Distributer cap and rotor button need to be inspected.
