BMW Repair/Glove box lock

Question
I recently replaced a glove box latch and I swapped the locking mechanism with my original. In the switching process, I kind of bent the small two eyed clamp and I want to make sure the locking mechanism will not some how come out. I don't know the name of the little clamp so that I can replace it.

Answer
I think if you should see if your local salvage yard has any BMW's like yours. Many times they will let you remove the part itself,I don't know the name myself.I often ask the dealership if I may get a picture of the part or parts I am looking at,from there its just a number.
