Question
John,

My radio in my 2002 525i BMW is on and all fuses that run the radio are fine however I cannot get any sound coming out of the speakers throughout the car. What can I do?

Answer
Does the tape player or the CD work?
Does the radio power up (display work)?

If the tape player or CD work, your radio is bad.  Some have a fuse on the back.

If it doesn't power up, it may be the fuse on the back, or the unit may be bad.

Remove the radio.  Check for cables connected and any fuses OK.
