It's for a "Manufactured controlled fuel and metering".

Most likely problems are the O2 sensor, MAF, or a vacuum leak.

First I'd check for a vacuum leak.  Look for cracked or damaged or loose vacuum hoses in the system.  Second, I'd check the air hose between the MAF and the air manifold.  A leak in this could cause the problem.
