Question
I have 1996 318ic and the ac blower quit, but will come on if I
pull the fuse and replace it (fuse is good), but blower will quit
after 5-10 mins. The ac controls light up. Blower control  will
adjust up / down in temp. Heater blower not working either, and
controls do light up. Is this a resister problem, or blower motor
problem? Where is blower / resister located on a 96 318ic.
Thank you for your time.

Answer
Time to check the blower motor to make sure it has good connections or not.Checking the wiring to the blower motor from the fuse box also. You said it would work if removing the fuse and then reinstalling it,the fuse box it self may have a bad connection.Behind the firewall plate you should find it all.
