Question
1998 bmw 328IS Vin WBABG1321WET06737
Hello,I recently put a new clutch in this car.The ac worked before but now no fan controls,ac heat or temp controls.I unhooked the battery because of the starter wiring but can find no loose wires or,bad fuses or relays. The radio works but it is aftermarket alpine.Would unhooking the battery cancel a code for ac controls or am I overlooking feed power somewhere. Thanks for any help

Answer
Unhooking the battery would not affect the a/c controls. You checked all the wires from the battery on the positive side how was the ground side? Was the braided line green at all?Check also the wiring going to the a/c compressor to make sure the when you move things you didn't break the wire for the compressor.
