Question
Hi, MY BMW 328i ,E36, 1998, has Oxygen sensor(4wires) it comes out with 4 colors RED,WHITE,YELLOW and BLACK, I'd like to know which ones are heaters, ground ant Signal.
Thank you for your time!

Answer
Lorik, the wiring diagram show power for the heater circuit being Red w/white tracer stripe. Ground for the heater is brown wire. The signal wires show Yellow and Black. The yellow wire should be power for the signal and the black wire the actual modified signal into the DME. Not sure on that the way the 6 cyl. diagram is layed out. The 4 cyl diagram is this way clearly. Don't imagine they would reverse their wiring for the 6 cyl. Your colors don't match up. I don't know why, maybe an aftermarket O2 sensor? Anyway, let your voltmeter be your guide.
