Question
I had my car interior cleaned and when I turned on the car, the seatbelts/airbag light came on.  Could it be that cleaner was sprayed their parts or do you think the seat belt part is bad?  Is this expensive work if it is bad?  Do I need the Dealer to do the work?

Answer
With not knowing what the code was and going by past experience I think your close to what it may be.Seeing that it was just cleaned I would check all the connectors under the seats I have seen many that just come disconnected. If you can just get the codes it would help you.Look under the seats and check to make sure the wires are all connected.
I am in question to what seat belt part you are talking about. Most times what happens is that the use of the seat belt causes wear on the wires and cuts into them.So again check the wires and connecters.
