My passanger and rear drivers side doors will not open from the inside or with the key from the outside; furthermore, I can hear the door locks unlocking on both door, but they will not open.   How do I get the door open inorder to replace the motor or the door loc actuator? thanks

Excuse any typo's please, I left my glasses at work!

Firstly, are you in a cold climate? Here's what you can try anyway. Turn the key in the drivers lock to extreme right (manual lock) and extreme left past the detent. if this does not cure it try disconnecting the cars battery for about an hour and reconnect it. check all your fuses.

if this doesn't work, you will have to take it to a dealer as there seems to be an issue with these doors and the dead locking mechanism going out of sync.
