I know this is over a year ago now so hopefully you've got in by now!

To get into an E32 with a flat battery go to the passenger side front door, pull the handle out and turn the key towards the bonnet, keep piggling it until the button comes up, you can then get into the car through the passenger seat. If the doors are deadlocked once you are in you'll need to get some power to the car through a new battery or a boost pack to properly unlock the car.

Hope this helps.

I had a similiar instance with a 525i and what I had to do to get into the car was to jack the car up and hook a battery boost cable to the positive post on the starter solenoid which put power through the system and simply used the key to unlock the door. I was then able to open the hood or trunk to get to the battery to boost it

I can answer questions relating to the BMW E30 3-series cars built from 1984-1991 (1992 for convertible) in the US. I know of the problematic areas in these cars and how to fix them. I know most parts of the car including: Electrical, Engine, Transmission, Differential, Suspension, etc...

I have owned 6 different E30's over the last 10+ years, and know almost every nut and bold on the cars.
