Question
I bought a bulldog security rs 1100" remote starter for my 1994 318i bmw.
I made all the conections from the ignition swith (12 v 2 cables, ignition 2 cables,  start 1 cable) plus the parking light conection, and the ground conection I was trying to do the basic conection nothing else,
I conected to the remote starter but nothing happened.
Do I need to conect : the brake light, trunk, doors etc , what are the conections that are called BASIC?
where can I find a bypass if I need it
Thank you

Answer
For it to work you need to hook up all the inputs.Hood switch, brake switch, accesory.Without the hood switch it may not start...basically you need to hook up all that is stated in the installation manual.I personally would not use a bulldog as they have poor distance and warranty claims are hard.
