Okay - my question:  I know that the timeframe of the cure for the Drakh Plague has established, but has the method and how it was discovered or derived ever been established in the canon of the B5 Universe?

    I'm always happy to help, frequently doing some of this research I find out things I didn't know before anyhow.  As it turns out, I could not find exactly how the Drakh Plague is cured, but there is some explanation I found that the cure is discovered through the use of the "Apocalypse Box" that Gideon had in Crusade.  I believe the secret behind the plague is probably intermeshed within that.
    In terms of canon, the cure for the plague is discovered  by the Excalibur crew in 2271.  This is referred to in the Psi-Corp book from J Gregory Keynes, "Final Reckoning: The Fate of Bester".

I hope this helps somewhat, perhaps if you dig through that book there may be more helpful information.
