Are the Drazi hermaphrodites or do they have sexes like humans? I remember Londo talking disparagingly about the Drazi ambassador's wife in one episode,yet I'm sure I heard/saw/read something somewhere that indicated that they had only one sex.

thanks for your question.

The quote you gave about the drazi's  ambassadors wife does answer your question, the other proof is in A call to arms when dureena cuts the data crystal out of the armpit of a drazi. she says "male drazi have a pouch under their arm" the word male, implies there is female. she also indidcated this area was drazi males reproductive area.

so while we never see a female drazi on the show they do exist, with the very backward nature of the drazi society maybe they are slaves or a lesser class.
