QuestionWell i'm not englishman so it's not easy for me to explain what i need
So i've been hurted to the ankle right before and lately the left . I need to begin again working my foot work and i want to do it properly and stage by stage to re-accustom my foot for the sport effort

I am not quite sure whether I understand you correctly, but I'll try.
First you should put something on your ankle during an exercise (some kind of bandage). And then maybe start with riding a bicycle or jogging. Then move on to badminton.
