Question
hi. i was wondering how i'm supposed to place my feet when i'm moving backwards to return a clear. it may be hard to explain, but just try your best. thanks.

Answer
Hi,

This is really quite difficult to explain, but I'll try.
If you are in the centre of the court and want to move backwards, start moving with the right foot if you want to go to the right corner and with the left foot if you want to go the left corner. If you move to the left corner, you have to turn after the first step and then continue with the right foot steps. Move with two or three galloping steps, then jump, turn in the air and land with right foot in front of you. Then take two or three galloping steps back to the centre of the court.

I hope, this will answer your question. If you have any more questions, sent me a direct e-mail: Kylle.Laidmae@hansa.ee.
