Excuse me but i had a beginning of tendinitis on my wrist and i want to konw what sort of exercise would help me to reinforce it and after make it my weapon in a match thanks again

Hi,

At first it might help if you put something on your wrist during trainig (justi in case), maybe a bandage or something.
How to make your wrist stronger: do some exercises with a heavier racquet (squash is fine, tennis a bit too heavy). You could also do exercises with weights (just move your wrist from side to side).
