hey.every week i go to a tournament in my town for badminton.at the minute im bootom of the league.thats not because im rubbish the other compedators are leful.they always hit the shutlecock to area makin you run and some games im not even getting one serve.i know you are an expert so can you give me any tips how to get points win more serve and where to hit the ball to make them run and just overall tips

Hi,

It seems that yo need more practice. If you dont't have a coach, consider getting one. Also, try to find out the eaknesses and strenghts of your opponents (maybe videotape your matches).
It is really difficult to give you concrete tips. The way I see it, you just need more practice :) Enjoy the game :D
