Could you please answer a question for me? What is or was the role of Jesus in Baha'i Faith? What do Baha'ist believe about Jesus?

Baha'is believe that Jesus was one of a succession of Messengers sent by God to give us His Teachings and to show us, through His perfect example, how to live.
However, that doesn't adequately convey the importance Baha'is place on the Christ Spirit which shone from Jesus. THe Christ spirit is like the Sun to the world of humanity. We need it's heat and light for growth and spiritual life.
