Question
What he into the Freemasons or any Ancient Mystic type society?

Answer
I have never seen any evidence that Baha'u'llah was a Freemason.  I believe that Abdu'l-Baha's 1912 Covenant reached out to groups as Theosophists and Freemasons, but I don't think that Baha'u'llah or Abdu'l-Baha were Masons.  And if they were, I wouldn't see a problem with that.  I am a Mason myself.  Masonry is not, in any way, a religion, but it is a fraternity that seeks to "make good men better."  Joel
