Question Hello Barry,
We will be in Nassau in late July for 1 full day as a port stop with Royal Caribbean Cruise lines. We are a family of 5 with 3 older kids (16,19,21). I am looking for recommendations for things to do outside of snorkeling, shopping or visiting Atlantis. Any suggestions?
Also, Is it safe to rent scooters and drive around the island?

Answer Duane:
I am more familiar with the out islands instead of Nassau, but I believe there is golf, boating, sailing,scuba diving, day trip to Eleuthera or Harbor Island, Para-sailing, gambling, a tropical gardens and visiting historical sites like the old fort overlooking the harbor.
