Question
We are planning a trip for early January. We dive and snorkel and prefer a bay with calm water. Where might the best location be in January? Does it make a big difference to go to an island further south on the caribbean side? We prefer to avoid windy beaches.

Hi, I am not sure about the weather in January as we went during the summer, but the best place we went to was Tahiti Beach not far from Marsh Harbour. Most of the little islands around there were pretty good. you could also try Guano Caye, it has the bar Nippers there and the beach is great! Hope this helps some.
