how old do you have to be to rent a hotel room from a nice hotel?
There is no minimum age requirement but I don't think anyone in the industry is going to accept a credit card from anyone they believe is to young to have one. Then there is the problem of a child producing an ID to prove they are who they say they are and that is the same as the name on the credit card.
I would be very careful.
