Question
I am a journalism student at Ball Stat University. I am writing an article for a
magazine class. The article is about April Fool's Day activities with the family.
Part of the approach is why is it important to have traditions and family time?
What are the benefits of starting an April Fool's (or any holiday really)
traditions? What does it add to how a family unit works? If possible, I was
wondering if I could have an interview if you are able to help me out? Thanks!

Answer
I'll offer you some pointers so you can research this further and develop your own opinion. Most search engines will give you useful leads to key words. Good luck with the assignment.

*attachment and family bonding
*humour and shared fun
*shared memories and rituals
*anticipation and excitement
*permission to break the rules and be mischievious
*the pleasure of surprises
*being childish/childlike
*being inventive and creative
*testing credibility

please note my spelling is anglised as I'm English.
