Question
I just started danceing in point shoes, but I'm not sure which padding i should use. I'm using wool pads but their getting thinner every time I use them. what do you do you think is a good pad I can use.

Answer
Hi Kate. One thing you can do is add loose lambs wool into your wool pads. Wool does pack down when used, so have a little extra wool with you when you go to class.

Some dancers prefer to wrap kleenex around their toes, and some dancers like the gel pads.

After you've tried a few things you'll know exactly what works for your pointe shoes.

All the best, Dianne
