Hi, I was wondering what I could do to get in shape (especially my abdominals) for Ballet?

Mostly, Julia, just doing ballet will get you in shape. Read as much as you can, my articles and the other professional info on line, to make sure you are doing things right. Then, with ballet, repetition builds strength. The above ab exercise will add to that greatly!
