Question
why it called ballet ? and for what age we can dance?
I'm afraid I don't understand exactly what you are asking. Surely with youtube.com and the internet you know exactly what ballet is.
Ballet training should start at age nine or ten, ideally. This gives the student time to decide whether or not to pursue professional training, or recreational training.
Is that what you wanted to know?
