Question
I am 14 years old and really want to be come a ballerina, and it has always been a dream of mine,i love to dance and wanted to be a ballerina since i was little.
So is it ever to late to become a ballrina to percive my dream?
Thanks
Poppie :)

Answer
It is much more difficult to start ballet at a later age.  Most kids start to dance by the age of 12.  However, starting late will not make it impossible.  If you can find good training and are dedicated to the art form, then you have a chance!  I would go for it!  You can always talk with your ballet teacher to get their opinion as well.
I hope you continue to love dance. =]

Expertise

I can answer lots about ballet, specifically the Vaganova syllabus. I'm still training, but both my parents were professional dancers, so most answers will be coming from them, not me. :) They're the experts. Obviously, questions about difficult technique, etc, would be better answered with someone else, but if you're just becoming interested in dancing, or are having problems with basic steps, like pirouettes or plies, then I may be able to help

Experience

I've seen ballet since the age of 0, because of my parents, and I am training to become a professional dancer now.
