Question
Hi, I'm jesseka. I'm 18 I weigh about 136 about 5'5" and have always had an active lifestyle. I've danced sang and plaŭed sports since I was 6. What I'd love is daily diet tips of a typical professional dancer, their typical exercise routine and how I can become better at mY technique. I can dance anything I see usually. I have a natural rhythm buŜ ballet is one that I can't seem to master and I can't afford to have professional training. I'd love to hear from you, and possibly begin getting skinnier more in shape and better at the dances I can already do and possibly ballet. Thanks you so much for your time. Sincerely Jesseka

The above are links to articles that may contain all the information you're looking for.

As for learning ballet without classes, pretty well impossible. There is so much detail, so much you need a teacher to look at.

Perhaps there is a local dance studio that would trade a class for something you can do - answer phones, call people for them, type up schedules  -who knows what they might need.

When you decide on food choices you should never be hungry, especially if you are athletic, in any way. Snacks of walnuts, celery, small pieces of cheese, almonds, in other words real foods, are okay. Forget the high carb power bars.

There are many more articles on this blog that might interest you. Let me know if you have any more questions!

All the best, Dianne.
