Question
Hi, I was just wondering if you could tell me some safe stretches and exercises to increase my pointe range? Thanks.

Answer
Hi Liz. There are two links below. The first one is a short post from my blog that gives a link to some good diagrams of the feet and lower leg.

The second one is  a post about creating more flexibility in your ankle for an increase in your range of motion.

Please feel free to ask if you have any further questions. All the best, Dianne.
