Question
I started ballet last year to help me with my agility for football and now I am hooked. One of my goals this summer is to be able to do the splits. Do you have a good stretching routine that you do with your classes?

Answer
Hi Tim. Following is a link to an article about stretching.

It's quite detailed, and should help you out. Always be warmed up to stretch, and be  patient with it.

All the best, Dianne
