Hi, im 13 and im turning 14 in Nov. I have never been in jazz dance and I REALLY want to get in it!! But my mom cant afford more than a 115 dollars, we need to find jazz classes for my sister and I. We need jazz classes in Phoenix, AZ area (85028),do you have any suggestions what place I should go to for cheap prices????Thank you for your time!=)

Unfortunately I don't know much about the AZ area.  However, there are many schools that offer scholarships to dedicated students.  Also, look for deals.  Sometimes you get discounts if you sign up early, or take a certain number of classes.  Good luck, I hope everything works out!

I can answer lots about ballet, specifically the Vaganova syllabus. I'm still training, but both my parents were professional dancers, so most answers will be coming from them, not me. :) They're the experts. Obviously, questions about difficult technique, etc, would be better answered with someone else, but if you're just becoming interested in dancing, or are having problems with basic steps, like pirouettes or plies, then I may be able to help
