Question
why is proper body alignment so important to maintain during the duration of class

Answer
Hi Tasheena. Neglecting proper posture and alignments in ballet positions will create chronic wear and tear on soft tissues and maybe even bony areas. This leads to arthritis, and eventual tears and injuries.

So learning correct posture and alignment is well worth any teacher's or student's time.

All the best, Dianne
