Question
I've just started ballet and I've been working on trying to get my feet to point properly. My main problem is that when i try to staighten my toes, my small toes' knuckles "pull up", as in I can curl them but the only way to keep them flatly pointed is to hold them in place. Secondly I was wondering what stretches would be best to improve turnout?

Answer
Hi Evan,

I am not sure I do understand the first part of your question, mostly "knuckle".

For the second part, you can try to walk, as much as you can, with your feet out turned. This will become more and more a "way of being", and therefore your turnout will improve !
