Question
Hello, I hope you can help me. I recently tore my ligament in my right foot. How long do I need to wait until it heals? Will I be able to dance again? Are there any exercises I can do while I wait for it to heal?

I can imagine you can do any Pilates mat exercises (no weight on your foot), any exercises sitting on the physio ball, or something like The Barre Band exercises as shown on the same site.
The body cells being built into your ligament repair will be of the quality of the protein you eat, and the vitamin and mineral content of your nutrition. Just to bear in mind.
