Question
I'm 15 years old and haven't had a lot of dance class/instruction, I've mostly taught myself using just4kix.com. For the past few months I've been taking my schools dance class and have joined the dance team, both teachers have been dancing or many years and say that I show some skilled technique. I actually auditioned for a performing arts school and got excepted, but couldn't afford it. I was wondering if you knew any competitions or people like me?

Answer
Hi Katherine. I just did a google search for dance competitions and there are many you can register for. Take a look yourself to locate the ones most accessible to you.

If you are interested in more dance instruction, some expert DVDs can be found at http://linkbrander.com/go/85295
which will take you to "The Body Series". There are different strengthening routines by 2 dance experts, as well as excellent dance education books.

All the best with your dancing! Regards, Dianne
