Question
hi :)
well, i did ballet as well as other dances since i was little. so from the age of about 3 till 12. but since i've moved i haven't started it back up and now i just turned 16 and was wondering is it to late to start dancing again?

Answer
Hi Jenny. If I understand you correctly, you have been away from dancing for about 4 years. It is not too late to continue. Depending on your goals with dancing - recreational, or with performance hopes, find the best dance academy that you can.

Ask the teachers there how they recommend you starting up again. You may have more muscle memory than you think you have - yet, you will have lost some strength and reflexes for dance movements.

All the best, and enjoy your dancing!
