im starting pre pointe in a few month and would like to know if you can give me some exersices and alittle advice

Hello Sierra,

Prepointe beeing one of the most important moment in pointe learning, all I can say is "wait and be patient". Any exercise you will do could have a negative impact on your oncoming learning, and I do not think this is what you expect, is it ?
