Question
What are some of the best methods for training to become a better dancer in terms of eating right, stretching and avoiding injuries?

Answer
Hi Haley.

It would take me a year to answer this question so I will refer to what has already been written:

http://balletshoesandpointeshoes.blogspot.com

http://balletpointeshoes.wordpress.com

http://linkbrander.com/go/85295    a site offering DVDs, and books on functional anatomy and dance training

This is a lot of reading, but will answer all your questions.

Regards, Dianne
