Question
I am considering starting pointe my senior year of high school (2012). I know that's a long way away, but I want to start strengthening my foot and ankle now so I'll be better prepared. I looked up a book called "The Perfect Pointe" (I think that's it's title; I saw it in a different post on AllExperts), but it was expensive. What are some good exercises to strengthen my foot/ankle for pointe? Please help!
