Hi Isabella. I'm sorry I just saw this question for the first time.

As you can see your email doesn't show above. I use allexperts because I can talk to people without giving out my email. I have never given it out. I am quite certain your parents would not want you putting yours anywhere public.

And quite honestly I'm not expecting I could help you any more than I have. When I earlier said I cannot see your feet and cannot see you dance, I meant as a teacher would, repeatedly, watching you and figuring out whether it is the shoes or something else. Whatever else I could say, you obviously need to fit pointe shoes again.

Your one big clue is that they are most likely too wide. I still think you should fit on several pairs of the same or different brands. And whatever I could comment regarding a photos, is still an over distance opinion. I would still only be able to say, try on more shoes.

I'm sorry but this is the best I can do in this situation.
