Question
I need to improve the STRENGTH of my back in all the ways so I can have a much better arabesque than the sad almost 90 degrees it is right now. Please tell me, which exercises or anything can I do?

Answer
Hi Hilde. Here are some exercises you can do, from an article I have written about this.

The links in the article direct you to the site where you can buy the DVD "Analysing Arabesque" if you wish to learn more about it in that way.

All the best! Regards, Dianne
