Question
Hi. I'm Sky and I did ballet ever since I was 4 to when I was 11. Then I decided to quit. Now I am 13 1/2 and I still remember a lot of the things from when I did ballet. I am pretty flexible (I can do the splits all 3 ways and stuff like that). Would it be to late to start dancing again and maybe become a professional dancer?

Answer
No it's not too late at all!  You have a good background, and most people don't start seriously studying ballet until 12 anyways.  Make sure you find some good teachers, preferable ones who teach to a syllabus, like the Vaganova syllabus.  You will improve quickly if you study six days a week and work diligently in class.  Let me know if I can help with anything else!

Expertise

I can answer lots about ballet, specifically the Vaganova syllabus. I'm still training, but both my parents were professional dancers, so most answers will be coming from them, not me. :) They're the experts. Obviously, questions about difficult technique, etc, would be better answered with someone else, but if you're just becoming interested in dancing, or are having problems with basic steps, like pirouettes or plies, then I may be able to help

Experience

I've seen ballet since the age of 0, because of my parents, and I am training to become a professional dancer now.
