Ballet/Any Tips?

Question
Hi! I really love ballet. I took it for 4 years when I was little. Then I switched studios and the new one didn't have ballet. So I took lyrical for 3 years. Now I'm back in a studio with ballet. I lost some grace, balance, and overall strength. I really would love to get into pointe in the next two or three years. My turns are sloppy, I have a low arch, and I was never taught the correct hand position and energy through my fingers.
Are there any tips you can give me to help me improve? I would love to get to pointe as soon as possible. They might consider it soon, for me, too. Thanks for your time!

Answer
Hi Samantha,

Unfortunately, no secret here ; Work, work, work and work again will bring you where you want to be, in the time you want to. Ballet is as everything, the more you do it, the more you know how to do it.

Enjoy dancing,
