Question
hi my daughter auditioned for a ballet summer school with her friend
and was told she was not strong enough for it
but her friend got in i do not understand as my daughter gets distinctions has had pointes for a year and is doing intermediate ballet and is 12 her friend gets passes is not strong for pointes and is in 2 classes below and was told by the teacher she has no strengh she is 15 but she is very thin can you tell me what my daughter is doing wrong all i no is the teacher gave a fantastic report for the girl but not my daughter

There is not a single answer to your question, and I really can not explain what is your daughter doing wrong that this other girl does not.

There is an important point in your message, the other girl is 15 while your daughter is only 12. Beeing 3 years older, she may habe gained strength and flexibility that your daughter has not yet.
