Question
Hi,( not in Pointé shoes yet)
I have been trying to impress my strict ballet+tap+jazz teacher not much is working, I stretch my feet when I Pointé while all the other girls just put their foot out but that doesn't do much either I have shown her how flexible I am and how strong I am but nothing :( could you please tell me what a ballet teacher loves about her students she loves my ballerina body though.

Thanks very much :)

Answer
It sounds like you're working hard and dancing well!  Your teacher's approval does not make or break you as a dancer.  You have to dance for yourself and feel satisfied because you know you're determined and improving, not because your teacher gives you compliments or because other dancers are worse than you.  I know teachers usually appreciate dedication and attentiveness in students, but you would have to talk to your teacher to know specifically what she looks for in students.  You could organize a meeting with her and ask her what she feels you need to work on.  Try to communicate with her and see what suggestions she can give!  In the meantime, keep working hard and showing your enthusiasm.  Best of luck!

Expertise

I can answer lots about ballet, specifically the Vaganova syllabus. I'm still training, but both my parents were professional dancers, so most answers will be coming from them, not me. :) They're the experts. Obviously, questions about difficult technique, etc, would be better answered with someone else, but if you're just becoming interested in dancing, or are having problems with basic steps, like pirouettes or plies, then I may be able to help

Experience

I've seen ballet since the age of 0, because of my parents, and I am training to become a professional dancer now.
