Ballet/Help with my turnout and demi-pointe!

Question
Hello,

I have many small problems related to ballet like my turnout that I'm working with(advices for improving that would also be GREAT!). However, I don't know any exercises or stretches which would help me with demi-pointe.

I mean, my leg muscles are quite strong but my feet probably aren't because it's hard for me to be on demi-pointe for a longer time cause my feet(ankles) start shaking(don't know a right word for that).

Furthermore, it's hard to get on demi-pointe position because my toes can't curve as much as I want. Even when I don't stand on demi-pointe but just trying to get a right feet position to do that by pushing toes with hand while stretching. Maybe there are stretching exercises for going on demi-pointe?(my arches are really low by the way)

Oh, I don't know how to explain everything correctly but I hope that you will understand my problems with turnout and going on demi-pointe and could help me with that. If not, write me and I will try to explain everything again.

Thank you a lot for reading and answering!
